Career coaching
for professionals
Do you have more than 7 years of work experience? Then you fall within my Professional category and you may be eligible for the VDAB career cheque. With this cheque you can receive career coaching at a very favorable rate. You only pay 90 euros for a 4-hour coaching program. Find out below whether you are eligible for career cheques and how to order them.
Are you eligible for the VDAB career cheque?
You live in Flanders or Brussels and can be coached in Dutch.
You work full-time or part-time as an employee or self-employed person.
You have gained at least 7 years of work experience as an employee or as a self-employed person throughout your career.
You have not yet followed career guidance with the VDAB career cheque.
Are you not eligible for the VDAB career cheque?
No problem! You too can come to me for career coaching. In that case, I use the same approach as for people who are coached with the career cheque. You can count on the same service, for a rate of €75/hour.
What can you expect?

Introductory call
The coaching program always starts with an introductory telephone conversation. This way we can discuss your career question and set a date for the first coaching session.

Coaching sessions
You can count on 4 sessions. A session usually lasts 1 hour. During the various coaching sessions we will work on your talents, values, beliefs, dreams and ambitions. We will find an answer to your career question.

Personal Development Plan
We end the coaching program with a personal development plan (PDP). This is an action plan that you can work on yourself after the sessions.
How does the career cheque work?
Step 1
You order a career cheque for 4 hours of guidance from the VDAB. This guidance will only cost you 90 euros. You can order the cheque on this website. Creating an account only takes a few seconds.
Attention (!): only 1000 cheques are made available by the VDAB on each first day of the month. Being very quick is the message, because by 12:30 am in the morning the cheques are usually sold out.
Step 2
After ordering your career cheque, you must start your career guidance within three months. The expiration date is stated on the cheque. You give your career cheque to your career counselor during the first meeting.
