Stefanie Margerin
Career coach
When I obtained my Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology in 2015, I quickly took my first steps in the world of Human Resources. In the following ten years, I was able to gain experience in various HR domains: recruitment & selection, learning & development, assessment centers and HR business partnering. As HR Business Partner, I am responsible for the implementation of the personnel policy within a department of approximately 250 people and I advise the management in the field of personnel matters. I am also in close contact with the employees, guiding them in their careers and HR-related cases.

Connecting with people, listening to their story and helping them where possible gives me a lot of satisfaction. The more people I can help towards work happiness, the happier I feel. Based on this interest, I followed a first training in Career Coaching in 2022. A year later, I added an extensive Coaching training and started coaching people.
My asset as a coach is that I can give my coachees the necessary self-insight to achieve their career or coaching goals as well as share concrete tips & tricks with them from the business world.

My vision
I firmly believe that there is work for everyone in which they can fully blossom. A job that you are good at and where you work with pleasure and passion. In addition, it is about walking your own path. Everyone's career is unique and what works for someone else may not be the right direction for you. In my coaching, I use the principles of positive psychology. This is an approach that focuses on getting the best out of yourself and others. We focus on your talents and transform limiting beliefs into stimulating beliefs. We focus on what gives you energy and what you want to develop further. We look at your potential, your values and your passions and translate these into concrete steps for the future. In this way we create a solid foundation for a career in which you can fully develop yourself.
