Hi, I'm Stefanie
When I obtained my Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology in 2015, I quickly took my first steps in the world of Human Resources. In the following ten years, I was able to gain experience in various HR domains, such as recruitment and HR business partnering. In both my HR role and my role as a Career Coach, I enjoy guiding people in their careers and helping them further in the direction of work happiness. My asset as a coach is that I can give my coachees the necessary self-insight to achieve their career or coaching goals, as well as share concrete tips & tricks with them from the business world.
